About the Competition

  • First Round: Conducted live at respective colleges

  • Final Judging: Based on submitted photographs

  • Deadline for final submissions: 4th January 2026 (11:59 PM)

Entry Requirements

  • Entry Fee: ₹49 per participant

  • Eligible Design Styles:

    • Traditional Indian

    • Contemporary Fusion


Submission Guidelines (Final Round)

Participants must upload:


3 Clear Photos

  1. Full-hand view

  2. Close-up detail shot

  3. Side-angle/Alternative angle


Photo Requirements:

  • Must be of the same design applied in the college round

  • Good lighting; no heavy filters

  • No Photoshop or digital enhancement allowed

  • Background should be plain and clean

⚠️ If the design is found different from the college round → Disqualified

College-Round Rules (Live Competition)

  • Participant must bring their own mehendi cones

  • Time Limit: 60 minutes (may vary per college)

  • External assistance not allowed

  • Use of stencils strictly prohibited

  • Designs must be hand-drawn only

Verification

Carry on college round day:

  • College ID Card (Mandatory)

  • This Ticket

  • Photos/Video proof (if asked for authenticity)

Failure to verify originality may lead to disqualification.

Conduct & Discipline

  • Follow all instructions from ABVP volunteers

  • Maintain discipline during college rounds & prize ceremony

  • Misconduct with judges/staff → Immediate disqualification

  • Judges’ decisions are final and binding

IMPORTANT DATES

  • College Round: As per college schedule (4th–10th January 2026)

  • Final Submission Deadline: 7th January 2026

  • Prize Distribution: 23rd January 2026
